Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label or a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, include any relevant tags, and securely seal the box with the pre-paid label attached to the outside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
